about:me
This website is where I put many things I publish – and some basic information about me:
My name is Christian Amsüss, nicknamed chrysn. I work with embedded systems and constrained networks, striving for an Internet of Things were interoperability can be expected, the user is in control, and which is secure by default; in parallel, I am studying biotechnology at BOKU University in Vienna.
I use Free Software wherever I can. Everyday tools I use are Debian GNU/Linux, Zsh and Vim, as well as Rust and Python. For embedded devices, RIOT OS and Ariel OS are my go-to systems.
You can contact me by email, using matrix, or in the fediverse.
And yes, in case you wonder: some things (including this line) I just mentioned to make the RDFa output look nice :-).
